Spanning two floors, our luxury villa has everything you could ever wish for in a vacation home. Situated in the heart of Kissimmee and surrounded by 15-acres of idyllic land and community lakes, our Orlando Villa stands proudly on a secure gated community, Bella Vida Resort, and offers free access to a gym, cinema, outdoor sports area, communal pool and volleyball court.
Perfect for large families, we are proud to offer a modern two-storey villa that boasts six bedrooms and six bathrooms that exceeds 3,560 sq ft. The living room contains a large 12-seater sectional sofa and large flat screen television with cable television, fulfilling our vision to create the ultimate in family villas.
Upon entering the spacious kitchen come dining room you will find a breakfast bar seating area for four people, an 8-seater dining table, a full-size billiards table, hangout and bar area with a large flat screen television.
The kitchen comes equipped with an array of stainless-steel appliances, a modern French door refrigerator, granite countertops, cookware and plenty of dinner and service wares.
Situated towards the rear of the property, you will discover your heated private pool and spa area. Poolside, your family will enjoy many an evening dining al fresco under a covered lanai with additional table seating for four alongside three sun loungers. A shower and toilet area are also conveniently located poolside.
Upstairs you will find all six bedrooms evenly spaced out. There are three master rooms with en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom with a fullsize bed and two rooms having two twin beds. All bedrooms come complete with flat panel TVs, bed linen and bath towels.
